DOGGY

DESTRESS

at BCIT

16 FEBRUARY 2016

Here are our Therapy Dogs ready to help de-stress BCIT students with lots of warm furry hugs and kisses. The students were seeking a caring and supportive environment during their exam period to alleviate stress. It is well known that animal-assisted therapy helps decrease blood pressure, cortisol and reduce overall anxiety.
